New Apprentice intakes take place every 3 months – January, April, July and October.
Established in 2021 our Training Academy of Excellence was created to provide a centre where all of our learners are supported in house by Childbase Partnership experts.
A team, many of whom have worked within Childbase Partnership nurseries, and have extensive knowledge of supporting learners within Early Years, provide face to face training, conduct in person observations and support all of our learners in achieving their qualification.
We know how important having the right resources and environments are whilst you undertake your qualification.
All of our nurseries provide state of the art learning opportunities for our children and we ensure that you have the tools and time required to provide exceptional learning opportunities, not just when you’re being observed by your Assessor, but on a daily basis.
We support our Apprentices within all Childbase Partnership nurseries. We offer Apprenticeships at Levels 2 and 3 in Early Years alongside functional skills support, if required. Our company’s bespoke curriculum ‘Teach to Reach’ forms part of the course for our Level 3 Apprenticeship.
We offer Apprenticeships starting at Level 2 in Early Years, these will include functional skills in Maths and English, if required.
The Level 2 Apprenticeship consists of 8 mandatory training days. Trainers/Assessors will visit each learner every 4-6 weeks face to face or remotely and every 8-10 weeks to carry out a progress review.
Funded through the Apprenticeship Levy this 15 month Apprenticeship will allow learners to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become a Level 2 qualified Early Years Practitioner.

We offer Apprenticeships at Level 3 in Early Years and functional skills will be offered if applicants do not already hold these qualifications.
The Level 3 Apprenticeship has 11 mandatory training days which includes our bespoke Teach to Reach modules as part of the programme.
Funded through the Apprenticeship Levy this 18 month Apprenticeship will allow learners to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner.

This qualification is designed for learners who are working as a team leader/supervisor with operational/project responsibilities, or responsibility for leading a team.
The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to:
Learners must be at least 16 years old and be successful at interview for an Apprentice position in any one of our nurseries.
You must also complete an initial assessment in English and Maths.
