Training Opportunities

We provide the opportunity for all colleagues to progress their career with us, through bespoke internal and external training courses. Our own unique curriculum is designed to ensure all of our children reach their full potential and much of our training is designed to support colleagues in their delivery of this.

Our extensive training calendar includes courses on:

We offer many more courses and workshops throughout the year and provide a mix of online and in person training.

We also support colleagues who wish to undertake external qualifications and anyone can apply for funding to pay for courses in part or full.

Progression Opportunities

We want to provide opportunities for all colleagues to enhance their professional, and personal, development to further their careers with us, if they wish to do this. Our leadership programme ensures that colleagues who indicate a desire to progress are supported to do so within the company and have the relevant training and mentoring to achieve this.

Training Academy of Excellence

Our Training Academy of Excellence supports all of our learners from Apprentices to colleagues undertaking their qualifications via other methods.

Having our own Academy ensures that all learners access the high quality and award-winning training Childbase are known for, all delivered in house by our Academy team.
