In addition, we provide many more courses and workshops throughout the year, delivered through a flexible mix of online and face to face training. We also encourage colleagues to pursue external qualifications, with the option to apply for funding to cover part or all of the course costs.

Our leadership programme ensures that colleagues who indicate a desire to progress are supported to do so within the company and have the relevant training and mentoring to achieve this.
Our Training Academy of Excellence supports all of our learners from Apprentices to colleagues undertaking their qualifications via other methods.
Having our own Academy ensures that all learners access the high quality and award-winning training Childbase are known for, all delivered in house by our Academy team.
