As a ‘World Class Company’ to work for, we aim to recruit those who are passionate about Early Years and can deliver outstanding care to the children in our nurseries- regardless of their age, gender, racial, or ethnic origin, culture, family background, religion, sexual orientation, learning difficulties or disabilities.
With Childbase Partnership being an employee owned company- it means that all employees contribute, and consequently we all benefit.
We are very proud to offer bespoke internal and external training to all of our colleagues. We have recently opened our own Academy which offers Apprenticeship programmes for those who wish to start their Early Years career, without the need of having to attend college externally.
As well as this, Childbase provides funding to take courses externally, which will enable you to progress in whichever job role you are in.
As a company, we are extremely lucky to be able to hold spectacular events, and in recent years, our very own Childbase Festivals.
Our festivals do not only hold our Conference and Annual Awards, but it is also a way of allowing our colleagues to let their hair down and have some fun with their teams outside of work! You will find everything at our festival – such as food stands, walkabout performers, fair ground rides, amazing acts and much, much more !
Our once in a lifetime trips allow colleagues to study early years around the world, to better understand different theorists and how their theory is put into practice globally.
Previous trips have visited Australia, China, Scandinavia and Europe with trips looking at Regio Emilia, Montessori and more.
*All trips are subject to an application process.
As an employee owned company, all profits are shared with employees through a Partnership Dividend. This is a tax- free bonus which is paid annually- but only if the company achieves its financial targets.
Childbase Partnership became Employee Owned in 2017, with the first Dividend being paid out in 2018. It has been announced that in January 2022- employees are lucky enough to be receiving up to £1500.
*The Partnership Dividend is calculated based on hours worked during the qualifying period.
