As a nursery practitioner, you will play a vital role in the early development and care of young children. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and caring for children: Ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in age-appropriate activities.
  • Planning and implementing educational activities: Creating a stimulating environment that promotes learning and development through play, arts and crafts, storytelling, and other interactive activities.
  • Supporting children’s emotional and social development: Encouraging positive interactions, helping children develop social skills, and providing comfort and support as needed.
  • Communicating with parents and guardians: Providing regular updates on children’s progress and fostering a collaborative relationship with families.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations: Following all guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and colleagues.
